You have a seven-calendar-day window to return an item from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

REFUNDS
At Lensey, we are committed to delivering top-quality products to our customers. Each product you select undergoes thorough inspection, quality checks, and is packaged with the utmost care. This meticulous process is designed to ensure your love for our products.
However, there may be rare instances where we do not have the product(s) you’ve chosen in stock or encounter issues with our inventory and quality checks. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will receive advance notification of this situation to prevent unnecessary concern. If you made your purchase through online payment (not Cash on Delivery), a refund will be processed once our team confirms your request.
We conduct rigorous quality checks before processing your ordered item and take great care in packing it securely to prevent damage during transit. Please note that Lensey is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping or transportation.
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the outlined criteria, we will proceed to issue a refund for your purchase. Please allow a few days for the refund process, and you will be notified once your refund is processed.
SHIPPING
Lensey does not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses, even if the item initially qualified for free shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
